CARAMELISED CHICKEN WING
Assalamu'alaikum wbt...
Ok, hari ni nak berkongsi satu resepi...sebenarnye membeli buku resipi masakan cina kat kedai hari tu...Minat kepada masakan cina bermula ketika buat SSC Traditional Chinese Medicine. Sebab senang sangat nak masak, maka menjimatkan masa, dan sedap...sangat berguna apabila nak makan sedap, tapi tak rajin sangat nak masak..huhu...Cuba la resepi ni.. =) senang je..manis sikit la..tak yah guna blender pun..kalau tak de fish sauce, gune je soy sauce..yg pelik bahannye madu ngan soy sauce je kot [bagi yg jarang masak masakan cina]
CARAMELISED CHICKEN WING12 large (1.5kg) chicken wings
2 tablespoons peanut oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 cup (60ml) honey
2 green onions, choppedRemove and discard tip from each wing. Cut wings in half at joint.
- Heat oil in wok or large pan
- Stir-fry garlic, ginger and chicken for 5 minutes.
- Add sauces and honey; mix well.
- Cook, covered, about 10 minutes, or until chicken is lightly browned and tender, stirring occasionally.
- Serve sprinkled with green onions.
Sambil-sambil basuh ayam tu...kacau2 benda dalam kuali tu, selawat2 sket =) Moga berkat ler makanan yang kite makan tu..inshaALlah...kata ibuku, rahsia makanan sedap adalah ikhlas memasak kerana ALlah dan selawat selalu...
